Out janitors do:

•

Land care with house cleaning, including, in particular, if it is contracted

the cleaning of the stairwell and various outbuildings

o

the blending of trees and shrubs

o

monitoring a functional lighting

Winter service

•

Small repairs

•

Maintenance work (e.g. windows, doors)

•

Site clearance work on the property or in apartments, if this should be required (mortality, excerpt by

immediate termination)

•

Renovations to extract from tenants in accordance with the stipulations in the lease

On request, we assume janitorial work, even if the house is not in our administration.
